I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and the attention to detail. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well thought out, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location in the city center was also a major plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

My experience at this hotel was excellent and there was nothing that could be improved.

The bed is suprisingly comfy. Room size for deluxe is also pretty big.

Upon check in, the receptionist gave a wrong wrong that was perviously used as a meeting room. No apologies. Then we were given another room. The room is old. Needs a facelift urgently. Keycard is faulty and gave excuse that keys might be in contact with hp but did not bring hp the entire time. Basically they wanted me to come down to make sure I was still using the room.
